You should also know that we encourage you to take an active roll in selling your home. 
Here’s a list of terms and conditions that explain how the system works:
- You agree to provide access to your home when Levy Wilson or any other real estate agent arranges to show it.
- All contact from agent showings will be made through the Prudential Fox & Roach Appointment Center or through special arrangement with Levy Wilson.
- We make a lockbox available, if you wish, so your property can be shown without your being there.
- Working from extensive knowledge and negotiating skills, we will draft and/or review the Purchase and Sale Agreement. We will represent you throughout the entire negotiation process to ensure that your concerns are always addressed and your interests are protected.
- Once we have an accepted agreement, we handle all the details involved in the closing process, keeping you fully informed every step of the way.
